Flat Rate is a real estate franchise with a different way of doing business. When some local North Bay Realtors decided to take on the Flat Rate business model, we were brought on board to launch the brand and website. Our approach was to position Flat Rate North Bay as trusted, local agents with experience who are changing the game.
More recently, it’s the Flat Rate website that has changed. Built on a client friendly CMS platform (WordPress) the new site takes the brand to a higher level.
Flat Rate listings are integrated throughout the site and are easily updateable by staff. Users can now search for properties in a variety of ways including an engaging interactive map of the region. Lead generation plays a prominent role, and social media facilitates sharing listings through Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. The Community Blog also helps to build and maintain the Flat Rate Community. The site is mobile responsive, and overall reflects a contemporary approach that was previously missing.
As part of the launch, we helped drive traffic to the site with a client appreciation promotion powered by radio ads, social media and email campaigns enticing listeners to scour the new site and see if they were this weeks winner of $1000. It not only rewarded current clients while reinforcing the brand proposition “Welcome to the community.”, but it also communicated the benefits of the Flat Rate product to non-clients who couldn’t help logging on to see what they were missing. Analytics showed a 300% increase in unique pageviews since the site launched, with an average of 1136% spikes coinciding with each draw.
