Excore Launch Campaign (PDAC)

Atlas Copco enlisted Clark Marketing Communications to work with them on a number of marketing communications initiatives including the launch of their drilling innovation “Excore” at the mining industry’s biggest event, the PDAC. The launch included an  “X Marks the Spot” teaser email campaign. The first three emails built suspense and was followed by a video invite to the conference.

Next, we coordinated the unveil, complete with branded clothing and accessories, posters, and a video in which Atlas Copco employees from around the world told the audience why they “stand behind Excore.” The video meshed perfectly with the announcement by the company president, resulting in a record number of visitors to their PDAC booth and a flood of orders for the new premium drill bits.
